Fat grafting or Botox to relief pain & tightness after treatment?

I had radiation and chemo for SCC on the base of my tongue and a few lymph nodes. Has anyone had fat grafting or Botox injections to relieve pain and tightness? If yes, what are your about the effectiveness of the treatments.

I have been on Botox for my post radiation chronic migraine for a couple years now. It hasn’t been working so she decided to use my entire dose in my neck(front/back to see if it will relax my neck which in turn might reduce the migraine.
Yesterday was my first neck injection and I will say, last night was my best sleep in several months.
Today my neck feels much better and my migraine is at about a 7-8 rather than a 9-10.
I think my shoulders feel a bit better as well.
I’m on a muscle relaxer for my jaw tightness which helps with talking and eating. She injected both sides of my jaw as well and so far I hear less popping and I think it’s opening a bit better.
If your insurance covers it you might want to try it? I pay a copay of $250 which is every 3 months.
