Excessive Vaginal Discharge

Posted by ashleydavis9196 @ashleydavis9196, Apr 7 2:11pm

I’ve been having odd discharge every time I pee since October that has been chunks in the toilet every time I would pee. Now for a month, every time I pee I have this excessive amount of discharge every time I wipe. I’ve gone to my OBGYN 3 times with no answers. Both are pictured. Any help is appreciated.

Did the doctor test for trichomonoasis?

I have had some of that for years 1 wear a light pad every day. It is largely abated now. I don’t know if you are post menopausal but mine was sloughing cells due to vaginal atrophy - since I had total hysterectomy at age 38 and was untreated for 30 years. I finally had it diagnosed by a Uro-GYN and I have been on 10mg vaginal estradiol twice a week since 2016 and that keeps it in check. Just a thought to mention to your doc if you are post menopausal.

I’m 27 so I don’t think that’s the case, but thank you!

Is the doctor a Gynecologist? I think I’d request blood work and vaginal ultrasound. I assume they did pelvic exam.
