Estradiol cream and breast soreness

Anyone else? Breast soreness?
I used the pellets years ago with seemingly no problems. I did have an elevated d dimer when tested for fainting but we don't know what caused it. I started the cream about 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago I developed soreness in one breast and armpit. The PA doesn't think the cream could cause this but I am not so sure. I am stopping use to see if it goes away. I suspect this internal use hormone has more side effects than they want us to believe. I'm sorry to hear this because I really wanted to ease my at atrophy, uti like cramps and dementia down the road. I may ask for the pellets again.

I’m mew to this whole vaginal extreme pain. I’ve been to 4 gyns and they told me estrogen cream was the answer. I tried it and it burned a lot. I also broke out in a rash they said was unrelated.
I have tried many lubricants and now I use Aquafor. It still doesn’t help with the pain in the clitoris area. I’ve also been doing a pelvic floor yoga program. It doesn’t help. Isn’t there a topical pain reliever I can use to help?
I take Tylenol and use an ice pack, also.

I use amitriptyline compound, which you can mix with any cream. This seems to take my burning down.
