Fellow members such as @prn2016 @audriana @clutch intheprocess @intheprocess and others may have ideas on dealing with refractory depression and may have input on use of esketamine nasal spray. @jimhd also may have thoughts for you.
Glad you also connected with @naturegirl5.
What does your doctor who had you on ketamine suggest you do next?
@ceciford how many treatments were in your series? I’m assuming you are talking about IV ketamine?
I don’t want to discourage you from trying anything that could help, but from what I have heard, if you don’t respond at all to IV, you aren’t likely to respond to other forms of ketamine. Definitely ask your prescribing psychiatrist though.
I’ve only done IV ketamine and I am considered a partial responder. It really helps but not “all the way”.
Wishing you luck on your journey to find something that helps!
