I am ER/PR+ HER2-
At present I an on Kisqali/Ribociclib and Letrozole. Just concluded my 1st Month of the treatment.

I have been hearing alot about Ozone Therapy. I am not sure what to make of it. Any information would help.

@anjalima

I just hearing about Ozone so I’m not familiar at this time. I’m wondering what , in your BC profile led to taking Kisquali along with AI Letrozole? I’m hearing more about meds like Kisquali and Verzenio has been suggested to me. Any side effects? Thank you.

So far the only side effects has been a drop in my WBC (white blood cell count), a problem that started with my chemotherapy three years ago and never recovered. Some fatigue but does not really bother me that much.

Progesterone cream or Ozone therapy (Holistic)
I recently went to a holistic Dr to see what they suggested for my treatment. IDC had bilateral mastectomy, lymph negative. I have onco score of 21 meaning 7% chance of reoccurring and if I do chemo lowers it to not even 6%. Spoke to the holistic Dr about not wanting to do ovarian suppression and she said I need to lower my estrogen so gave me progesterone cream. Has anyone used this in the past?
Also.. she suggested I take Ozone IV therapy. I looked it up and it seems like a good idea. Has anyone looked into anything holistic and happy with the results?

@stayc329, I moved your question about progesterone cream and ozone therapy to this existing discussion:

I did this so you can read previous posts and connect easily with others like @ampeltekian @anjalima @eku and others.

I would speak with your oncologist about the recommendations made by the holistic doctor. Many cancer centers incorporate intergrative medicine into their treatment options, but it is important that all treatment options show evidence of effectiveness. There isn't enough evidence supporting the use of ozone therapy as effective. Your oncologist will have the latest information.

With respect to progesterone cream, I think its use would depend on several factors, most notably whether your tumor was progesterone positive (PR+) or not. I would want more information if I were you.
