I do know that Dupixent is used to treat nasal polyps quite successfully. I had an acquaintance who was treated and very pleased. I take it for COPD and am more that happy with the results. Dupixent is a mono-clonal antibody and has been used for atopical dermititis, asthma and about four other conditions.

I was prescribed Dupixent for AERD, which has nasal polyps, asthma, and sinus infection components. Sense of smell essentially gone also. Began Dupixent in Fall of 2019 and have had annual exams at Mayo Clinic Rochester mn. No further problems with nasal polyps or sinus issues. Sense of smell returned within 6 months or earlier, however it did diminish during covid in January 24. Side effects can be blured vision which I'm now experiencing occasionally. Also suspect other issues but can not be certain it's from the Dupixent. Cost with Medicare is manageable for me and if you qualify, you can join Dupixent My Way and get financial aid. Best of luck to you. BtW, my ENT suggested trying it. My allergist prescribes it.
