Does anyone with a titanium plate etc feel pain near drilling noises

Thank you so much for being here. Right quick run down 2007 sub acroid heamaridge whilst working at sea. Had a spare aneurysm. Which was pinned etc in 2024. The procedure was cancelled five times. I am now supposed to have a stent in my head to stop any more residue from the first one. I am 55. Anyway my question is Does anyone with metal in their head feel an uncomfortable sensation when they hear drilling sawing especially metal cutting. It makes mine vibrate like a cattle prod ! I do find it stressful and overwhelming. Too the point when I retreat and my brain goes into standby mode until it feels rested. I love my brain so much ! Well really would appreciate some repore as I haven’t met anyone in a similar situation. Talking about the emotional side of brain surgery. I haven’t had any support. Thank so much Ooki
