Sounds like you need more fiber in your diet.
You can look into MiraLAX and some generic brands. There is also a little pill you take that’s supposed to be real good to keep in your stool soft
Increase your liquid. Water is the best.
And put a call or an email to your doctor’s office first to see what they would recommend.
Good luck

You'll want to experiment to see if it's too little fiber or..................................too much! They keep learning that some people need less fiber, a LOT LESS than they've been ingesting trying to get rid of bloat, gas, constipation, irritable bowel, brain fog, and general malaise. Also, the type of fiber matters. There's soluble and insoluble. The insoluble is what many of us could do with more of, but that's for a dietician to help you with.

thanks, I live in The Netherlands so we don't have Miralax. I'll try to find something simular. And I will look at my fibre intake.

My body adjusted to the injections after three months. I do not get bowel cramping due to the Repatha but sometimes I get it from my adjunct medication, Zetia which I take every other day. It is uncomfortable, but transitory and I always make sure I am near a bathroom even out in public if need be.
