Does anyone have experience in reducing excess Estradiol?

I am 76 and a men's health blood test shows I have a high level of Estradiol (47 pg/ml) and SHBG (107 nM/liter). I read that this is somewhat common for men as they get older due to the action of aromatase which converts testosterone to estradiol. I also read that the following natural substances will decrease the level of aromatase:
Zinc, resveratrol, red grapes, grape seed extract, green tea and others.
Has anyone been successful at reduction of estradiol and what did you find that worked? Also any comments on SHBG reduction?

I'm on testosterone replacement therapy And have a high inversion of testosterone to estrogen. My doctor gave me letrozole 2.5mg every other day to control it. It has been working very well.
