Do you have an inspiring or favorite quote to share?
I'll start with three quotes from the very inspiring Helen Keller as noted in "Your Year of Healing" book by Amit Sood, MD:
"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."
"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched -- they must be felt with the heart."
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

No amount of planning can ever replace dumb luck!
It isn't so much what is on the table, but what's on the chairs...
It doesn't make a difference how old you are, you always feel like a little kid when you are sick.
Idiots cause stress
Stress causes depression
Depression causes physical ailments
Conclusion: stupid people make me sick
I'm sorry if I have offended anyone, I got no sleep last night
I just received this endearing note from a very close friend. It was so touching, I thought I'd share it, in case any of you have someone special you'd like to share it with.
"Winter invites us to slow down, to turn inward, to turn on lights that we might see more clearly. However, the best light for this winter doesn’t seem to come from the sun. No, it seems instead to brighten inside each one of us. And, like a candle flame, this winter light is not meant to radiate too far from its source. Perhaps our view is meant to become limited during this time, to that which is closest to us ~ our family, our community, our friends, our essential self. The winter holidays are an opportunity to celebrate our bonds of kinship.
Know that your light fills my heart, this day, and every day."
That’s beautiful! Thank you for sharing!

“Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29, ESV), he illustrated how God both acknowledges the darkness of our world and provides redemption.
