I'll start with three quotes from the very inspiring Helen Keller as noted in "Your Year of Healing" book by Amit Sood, MD:

"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched -- they must be felt with the heart."

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

Absolutely, one of my favorites is by Maya Angelou: "Try to be a rainbow in someone else's cloud." It's a beautiful reminder of the impact kindness and positivity can have on others, even in difficult times. Do you have a favorite quote that resonates with you?

One of my favorite quotes came from my Grandmother who grew up on South Texas ranch. She was strong, persevering, intelligent and she was made of steel.
She read all of the classics to me before I was 7. One day we came across a story I did not like.
She said, “I am going to read it so you will find out why you like or dislike it.
Then, she uttered an old Texas ranch saying, “You gotta take the tail with the hide.”
I remember that moment like it was yesterday.

When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason to give thanks, the fault lies in yourself.

I never sit at tables where I will be the topic of discussion when I get up.

I am not perfect, but I am a limited edition.

Telling a woman to calm down works about as well as baptizing a cat.

Cinderella is proof that you can change your life by getting a new pair of shoes.

By the way, I have over 20 pairs of lovely boots in my closet I can no longer wear. Parting with them is difficult, but I am determined to list them on Poshmark once I realize that forgetting to do so is worth remembering

And finally, a new comeback that might come in handy for some: ""Well, aren't you a little ray of pitch black."
