Do anyone have Ashy Dermatosis?

I was diagnosed with Ashy Dermatosis (erythema dyschromicum perstans) a few months ago after battling with skin rashes, itching, and hyperpigmentation of dark brown spots all over my arms and neck. I’ve been dealing with this for 2 years. I’ve tried pimecrolimus, triamcilone, and oral steroids with no relief. Recently was prescribed Dapsone it seems to be helping. I still get the rashes but when they heal they no longer leave the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (dark brown spots) behind that normally would appear.
