Dizziness and Camzyos

Hello,
Is anyone experiencing daily dizziness from Camzyos? My heart is better from the drug but I am dizzy most days. Just wanting to see if anyone else is having this problem. I am on 10mg since May 2023

I had terrible dizziness for weeks. Dr told me is wasn’t from Camzyos but I think it was. It finally subsided not all the way but by 80%. I think that is a common side effect at least that’s what I saw in my research if it. Hope you are feeling better.

Just an update. I have been on Camzyos for about 6 months now. Dizziness finally went away completely but it took months and it was terrible . My last echo shows great improvement and I do feel somewhat better. Hopefully it will continue. Now I just have to address other problems like bad sciatica. Lol (not) 😩. Always something. I also had blurred vision when started and in fact still do but my breathing under exertion is much better. I guess sometimes it’s a trade off. 🥹
