Diagnosis seems a mess…any ideas on NSCLC %@

Lung right lower lobe, fine needle aspiration: adequate.
Non small cell carcinoma. Interpreted by Doctor.

Final diagnosis, right lower lobe lung find needle aspiration cytology.
Malignancy; immunohistochemical profile favors Dino carcinoma of the lung with TTF-1 andNapsin A being positive along with rare p63 positive.

Then my pulmonologist nurse practitioner finally called me back like two weeks after what was printed above from the HOSPITAL and said that they wanted me to go see an oncologist that the diagnosis was non-conclusive.

What I don’t understand is above it looks like it was conclusive by the specialist over at Baptist Integris and now this nurse practitioner tells me it’s nonconclusive and when I asked your question, she didn’t know anything. She said I’m sorry you know I’m just a nurse practitioner does anybody have any ideas about the discrepancy between nonconclusive and all the information above?

Thank you
