Diabetes, Covid-19 and Hydroxychloroquine
Interested in specific effects of Covid-19 on diabetics. Also, would appreciate comments by anybody who has actually used Hydroxycholoroquine as a preventative measure or after testing positive. Thank you

Hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine are malaria drugs that were authorized for emergency use by the FDA during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the FDA withdrew that authorization when data analysis showed that the drugs are unlikely to be effective. They can also cause serious heart problems.

Fdan, the best protection remains:
- wash you hands well and often
- stay physically distant, at least 6 feet, from others
- wear a mask
Are you able to take these precautions or are you in high risk situations? Have you been tested for COVID-19?
Would like to know if is it safe to take COVID vaccine for diabetic patients with numbness feeling in both feet and hands?
