Dermatomyositis.
Medicine—azathioprine, after taking it for ~ 1 year, caused problem with my pancreas—unexplained weight loss. After stopping it, all is well. It works great for a lot of people.

2 ReactionsI've been on azathioprine also for 1 year, in conjunction with Methotrexate(for 15 yrs.), but no pancreas issues or weight loss. 2 years of prednisone, at the disease onset, blew up my body weight and can't lose a pound since. Any ideas for that?
