could it be oromandibular dystonia?

Hey, so a year ago i had multiple teeth fillings and since then i experience this symptoms, my jaw muscles are in constant tension/tightness, my tounge doesnt have a place to sit in my mouth and it causes chronic discomfort and a constant urge to reposition my tounge in my mouth, also it feels like my tounge is pressing against my palate and not just sitting there, when i eat many times i can hear squeaking sounds from the teeth themselfs and the biting doesnt feel right and eating make my jaw muscles feel strain and overworked afterwards, i went back to the dentist to adjust the fillings which didnt helped, i went to a tmj speciliasit who diagnosed me with "orofacial overawarness" which also didnt helped, so now i strongly believe it is neurological the question is can dystonia be mild where there arent visible symptoms and if so how can i get it diagnosed? and if it doesnt sounds like that then what elsze can it be
