Confusing MRI results

Can anyone help me understand what my MRI report is saying.

Features concerning for development of a non-retracted femoral avulsion of most of the fibres of the femoral attachment of the sprained ACL on the
background of essentially stable features of subacute diffuse high grade 2
grade 3 sprain with confluent intermediate maturity scar reconstitution

Hello @bectref, welcome to Connect. Would you mind sharing a bit more about what led to the MRI? Was there an initial injury or surgery to caused you to need an MRI? Was there any explanation from the provider who requested the MRI?
