Micro taper. There will be symptoms. Sorry you are going through this, but those on the other side are true warriors and you can do it. Whole foods, no chemicals, additives, etc. -NONE. Give your brain the best possible chance to heal. Read the Ashton Manual online. Any supplements... use a tiny amount to see if it helps, if not don't use. Even Vitamin D (which is a hormone) even bothers some people who are weaning off. Magnesium at night for sleep and anxiety, you can try. Glottis breathing, meditation, yoga. Give yourself 100% attention. I tried every supplement on the planet. Passion flower, lemon balm, etc, etc.... Nothing worked continuously for me except time and practicing lots of calm. All physiological symptoms. Weaned for 6 months, then had PAWS for YEARS. Maybe should have tapered much longer? Who knows. Nobody. Doctors prescribe these drugs but most have no idea how to help you off. I used the Ashton manual and it helped me understand so much about weaning, *kindling, etc. Stuff I had no idea about. Thinking about you today and cheering you on. Thoughts and prayers.

Copied this from what I posted to someone else, but applies here. I have been where you all are. I am not 100% but I am waaay better than I was. I have great days now. I feel for you all, but also want to tell you there is complete HOPE. YOU CAN do this. They say the only way out is through. So true. Found a girl tapering online- used her videos. Take each day as it comes and give yourself 100% KINDNESS. None of this is your fault! The brain needs time to heal. Some brains take longer. LOVE YOURSELF for your commitment.
