Quite minimal. Some rash and increased stool frequency for a few days. But it settles down. The platelet count went down but remained within normal levels. How are you feeling?

Its worked so far for me. No new mets and lung tumours under control. All the trials show good results. And what a blessing that we have a targeted therapy and do not have to get chemo.

Not sure if this answers your question at all, but I’ve been taking Crizotinib (Xalkori), also a ‘targeted therapy’ for 3 months with remarkable tumor decrease in my stage 4 lungs. Minimal side effects. Best wishes to you on your new journey.
