Chemical burn from chemotherapy

I'm about to receive my 10th chemo treatment but I have, and am being treated for, 2 chemical burns, one on each labia. We can only keep the area clean and barrier creams to prevent infection while my body heals it. Problem is, my immune system is already compromised because of the chemo. Has anyone ever had this problem and any ideas to speed recovery?
