76 female. I was having tingling in my hands pain in my right arm. Most of that disappeared. Very mild pain in right arm Most Pain in now in my hands thumb, pinky fingers in my hands. Left hand visualed changed
MRI findings. Multilevel severe degenerative changes w/ spondylolisrheses. Myelomalacia at C5 level. Moderate to Severe central canal stenosis at C4-5 & C5-6 moderate at C3-4 and C6-7. Multilevel moderate to severe foraminal stenosis.
Two surgeons from Sarasota florida recommended posterior cervical laminectomy 7 layers from C2-T1. It would be performed at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. I saw an attending surgeon at HSS in NYC recommended Cervical Laminoplasty. I live in both cities. I don’t know what to do. Which surgery and what hospital. I have an appointment with one more surgeon in NYC.
