Celiac disease blood test and thyroid ultrasound

Got 5.8 on celiac disease blood work test I guess it’s considered weak positive by mayo i guess i need a endoscopy or biopsy i have hypothyroidism and losing weight my vains show more my bones show more especially on my ankles and fatigue every day also there making me do a second thyroid ultrasound which doesn’t make sense

@imautistic did they only do a T3? It looks like it’s either normal or low normal. But honestly it is hard to know without the other tests in a thyroid panel and the units. Same for the IgG and IgA.
