Has anyone tried CBD oil to help with tremors?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried CBD oil for tremors? My father in law has agent orange and has terrible tremors

Buying CBD for tremors gets too expensive. Unfortunately Insurance Companies won't cover CBD, for those of us that can't afford high doses of CBD for our loved ones I recommend buying a CBD oil making machine and buying hemp flower online and making your own. I bought a Magic Butter machine and plan on making my own oil for my dad. You can buy the machines cheaper on Ebay or Amazon, I started giving my dad CBD about for two months and has helped him sleep and relax his muscles but haven't been able to try the 500-1000 mgs that other folks are talking about on this thread. I am hoping once I make my own oil the high dose helps get rid of his tremors, will keep you all posted.

@parkin41 If you haven't already been formally greeted I'd like to say, Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect.

It sounds like you have information and experiences to share regarding CBD oil.

May I ask if there is a reputable source to find good information around CBD oil you can share?

In general just what you find online. What info do you want exactly?

Hi, I have been using CBD from CTFO for my tremors very successfully for 8 mos. It stopped my tremors, helped me sleep, my writing became more fluid, brain fog gone, my agitation settled down and I had pain from a fall which ended by the 3rd month. All has improved or ended! I got mine at CBDLifesaver.myctfocbd.com. It's cert organic, non GMO, no pesticides CO2 extracted 3rd party lab tested and posted on their site, USA grown, & has a 60day money back guarantee! Give it a try. Make sure to micro dose and start with 750mg.

Hi. May I ask: were those tremors from PD? And was the CBD you used liquid or capsules? Thank you.

Is there any way to get off the carbi/levo and substitute CBD or Medical Cannabis?

I took my dad of it after reading about the side effects and he was getting extremely tired, didn't and couldn't get out of bed.

Yes, he sleeps better now and is not stiff while sleeping but still has tremors in hands. I've gone up on dosage to 800mg and will see what others say about dosing at 1500mg for severe cases is true. I'm trying to get an appt. with a Dr. who does High Frequency Ultrasound on brain that seems to have good results on tremors. That's on another discussion topic.
