Does CBD oil help you with your depression and/or anxiety?
I am curious to know if anyone has had success with CBD or Hemp oil helping with depression/anxiety? I’ve been reading a lot about it and am curious.
I've been reading about this and am very interested but would like thoughts/opinions from anyone who has actually tried it or knows someone who has. TIA
Thank you,
Laura

Oh joy!
Didn't your mommy tell you to not lick the bowl? That will teach you! Oh wait, I lick bowls.
Sorry to read you were out of it and felt miserable though. Can you look back at it and smile now, or is it too painful? In that case it's good if my reaction didn't hurt your feelings but I don't know you, of course!
I laugh when i tell the story myself. Not only did I lick the bowl, I took crunchy little bites of the toasted stuff as I put it all together. I was shocked when about 90 minutes later I started feeling so weird. I ended up flat on my back unable to move to even take a sip of water. (And my numb feet actually bothered me as I lay there in and out of consciousness!) I very much enjoyed your response.
Oh good then 😹
Your added information makes it even funnier 😊 Wow, that must have been quite an experience! You made me smile 😊
I live in San Francisco and have checked with all the dispensaries and none of them ever hears of CBD LIVING WATER. Where can you buy this? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
What is CBD Living Water, never heard of this?
There are many references on Mayo clinic Connect from people who have used it for depression and anxiety etc. Google it, Living Water CBD.
I so hoped a Sativa medical cannabis would calm my Fibro pain without extreme daytime sleepiness but thus far I get so sleepy my eyes won’t stay open, even with the least amt I can possibly take.
It helps me unwind and helps me sleep longer.
There is some evidence to suggest that CBD oil may be helpful for managing symptoms of depression and anxiety, but more research is needed to fully understand its effectiveness and safety. It's important to talk to a healthcare provider before using CBD oil to treat these conditions, as it can interact with other medications and may not be suitable for everyone.
It works for me also. Either straight cbd, I use a mint, not oil, and sometimes I use a kind that has a small bit of THC in it. I feel very comfortable with it
