Does CBD oil help you with your depression and/or anxiety?

Posted by lalyfa @lalyfa, Feb 24, 2018

I am curious to know if anyone has had success with CBD or Hemp oil helping with depression/anxiety? I’ve been reading a lot about it and am curious.
I've been reading about this and am very interested but would like thoughts/opinions from anyone who has actually tried it or knows someone who has. TIA

Thank you,
Laura

Speaking from experience. I have been using CBD oil 300 mg to control major- depression cycles for some time, and so far is working. I started using CBD since I was off Psych-medication for some time now. I was skeptic in using something coming of Marijuana because of the bad rap it has on society; fortunately the good chemical cbd don't give you a high or any psychotic ride since it doesn't have it's evil brother TCH. My wife is being using it for pain management after back surgery that she was on morphine for years, and the pain scale have gone from a 6 to a 2-3. +++ Make sure you buy quality oil that contain around 60% CBD as the main ingredient with vitamins B; no matter which form you decide to use at a reputable seller since there's many counterfeit being sold as genuine out there in the internet !+++ psst an added bonus: the product works well for our insomnia !!! 😀

I took hempworx for 1 month and was feeling myself all the time. Then I had to stop it bc I didn't have a 2nd bottle handy. Now I bought 4 bottles of 750 mg full spectrum. I started 2 weeks ago. It seems I jumped too fast the dose. How long have you been on cbd oul and how do you recommend to take it? I am feeling tired but it seems to come from anxiety: it comes and goes. I am cutting g from 20 drops to 10 drops then I went so fast from 5 drops to 10 and then to 20 drops. I am cutting back to 10 and will go from that up 1 drop more every 3 days. Do you think is it a good plan?

I just take as needed 1/2 to 1 full dropper (0.5ml-1 ml ) taken under the tongue. Since I am concern my body will get just to more dosage to get the same effect and to save money I take it every 48 or more days as my body needs it. I am trying to save money this thing can run expensive you know?

I find that cbd stays in my system for about 48 or more days in my system using the same dosage. I've being taken have been taken this product for about 2 months already & so far so good. Eventually I will need to get a doctor's prescription but I don't know if my insurance will pay for it?

Do you mean you take a standard dose during 48 days without changing it? I've been taught to take it consistently and upper the dose in a gradual way till I find my sweet spot. That's microdosing just can go up 1 drop each time. Maybe each brand has different indications on dosages. Can it be? When did you start to see changes in your mood and anxiety?

Sorry. I used the standard dose consistently for 48 hrs or more days and still work for me. The Last time I felt the depression crawling back was about 72hrs after taking a 1ML shot. My wife takes it about every 3 to 4 days 1ML as well for her pain.

I have anxiety and is working for me as well. I think jumping to higher dosages may cut the effect of the CBD, careful?!

CBD which by definition does not have THC in it, is legal in all states and you can buy it online easily but it is expensive. I did not notice any changes when I tried a significant amount a little bit at a time over a month or so. It is not addictive.

I purchased hemp 750mg premium hemp CBD oil, gummies and gelatin caps out of desperation, to try and get me out of my severely low mood following a concussion last year. (I tried everything; exercise, yoga, meditation, cognitive therapy, estrogen replacement therapy, anti-depression medications, etc. Nothing worked) -- For me, these gummies worked in ways I still fail to describe accurately. My joy, calmness, clarity and contentment are back, within 30 minutes of eating them.
I take one gummy daily. One half in the morning. The other, in the evening. - Others have had better results with the 5 drops of the oil under the tongue. And there are those, whom say the gelatin caplets are their go-to. So needless to say, each body is different and welcome all to try various forms to know the perfect individual fit.
But yes, indeed, I finally have my life back thanks to this little gummy.
*Research everything first. There appears to be questions of whether Full Spectrum CBD that contain 0.3 or less of TCH and the other components working altogether, work more effectively for aniexty/Depression (or) or if the CBD Isolate is sufficient. As I have stated the CBD Isolate in the gummies worked well for my body's individual needs.

Do your gummy’s have THC in them? In the state of Maryland no foods are available to date
