Hello @ptmaxi
Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect.
This is a great place to come for information or to share stories with other HCM folks...but we can't answer medical questions or give medical advice.

Each person is different and no two people will react to Camzyos the same.
And each one of us has a lot in common with HCM symptoms, but then again, we have unique symptoms that others do not have. No two people are alike.
That being said, this question is one for the Medical Experts!
Have you had a chance to ask the cardiologist who put her on Camzyos this question?

@karukgirl Not yet, but if I ask in front of her, she will go crazy. They say impregnation dangerous, but they don't commit about sex with
out any chance of impregnation so
it can't be too much of a problem,
maybe...............

and If I ask by myself and doc tells her, she' go crazier...

Hello @ptmaxi,

Is this a conversation that could be had with your wife before an appointment? Perhaps if it is a candid discussion between the two of you in privacy before the appointment you could reach an agreement on how to properly discuss with her provider without breaching her privacy or what she is comfortable discussing?
