Can enlarged prostate block seminal vesicles or ejaculatory ducts?

I have an enlarged prostate and am taking tadalafil and lower dose finasteride. I had severe CPPS for a year owing to a botched prostate biopsy. I have cyclic pain in goin area every 3-4 days, that is completely relived by ejaculation. Semen is clear, colorless, and watery, and low volume. It is difficult to ejaculate. Is the cause an enlarged prostate ir blockage of ED and it seminal vesicles?
