Can anyone give me some advice If this sounds like PSSD/Withdrawal

For the past few months/maybe even sometime last year. I feel like I’ve felt emotionally numb/blank constantly. In March, I quit taking Wellbutrin XL and Effexor. I was taking the lowest dose of Effexor, my girlfriend would say that I said I felt emotionally numb while taking the medicine. I’ve always struggled with bad depression and anxiety, I went and talked to a psychiatrist today and told him how scared I am that these medicines have caused long term withdrawal symptoms or pssd. I was looking through some messages and found that In 2022, I was messaging a friend about me feeling like this back then. But the past few months has gotten very bad, I’m able to cry and sometimes genuinely laugh but that’s about It, I’m beyond terrified these medicines has caused me long lasting damage. The psychiatrist said it just sounded like depression and anxiety but what do you all think?
