Camzyos dose lowered from 5mg to 2.5mg 5 days ago-feeling symptoms...

My cardiologist lowered my Camzyos dose from 5mg to 2.5mg 5 days ago. I'm feeling short of breath again with some of the other symptoms that led me to need Camzyos which I began on February 24 after which symptoms mostly went away. Is it possible they could return this quickly? In just 5 days after lowering dose? Did anyone else experience this? Obviously I'm a newbie with all of this, but this illness and everything involved is no fun. If I return to 5mg, that increases danger of heart failure, but if 2.5mg is allowing symptoms to return, I'll gladly go back up to 5mg.
