What should I do next

@modiri1336 Monitor, maybe worth getting genetically tested for a predisposition (and if it is genetic, there's litte you can do that won't mean drastic, draconian, and maybe untenable, life changes). A veridical scan, meaning one truthfully showing your greatest risk areas, should be accepted as a sign that you're healthy, can keep on doing what you're doing, and that you should get tested at least once every 2-4 years for an indication of any deterioration/progression. That is my opinion, and I'm NOT a physician...it's just what I would negotiate with my PCG as a protocol. That person's expert opinion is what I would ultimately follow...not knowing any better.

Can you get a referral to a cardiologist? It would be good for them to review your EKG, most likely send you for a stress test, and probably schedule a CT with contrast if you are symptomatic. If you have light headedness, chest pain on exertion, dizziness, etc., those would be concerning, and you should consider seeking care if those are happening to rule out a more serious blockage. There are lots of different thoughts here on statins, but I'm a big fan and am happy to take them. CoQ10 and fish oil have been helpful managing any side effects for me. There is some additional testing you can do for causes other than ldl, but getting a handle on your lipids should also be a priority.

My score was not as high (283 at 54) but it really threw me for a loop. Hopefully you can get some good care and guidance!
