Brinsupri Effects On Weight

I’ve been on Brinsupri for a little over 2 months . I have slowly been gaining weight , up 5lbs now. The issue is, I don’t need to gain weight , and I’m trying to figure what is going on. I eat well and exercise . Has anyone experienced weight gain while on Brinsupri ? I know you can lose weight from BE, and then gain weight when doing better . But that’s not my issue..,

@helen1000 Malnutrition and weight loss from BE are not problems for me . I’m not underweight , so sudden weight gain is not a good thing. I know some people struggle with low weight due to this disease , but that’s never been a problem for me…maybe because my BE is mild, and I don’t have MAC, etc I don’t struggle with breathing . . At me size 5lbs is significant , in a bad way.

@irenea8 I see. I have not used it yet but I believe it does some good stuff for most BE patients who need it. Thanks for your info!
