Has anyone tried the Breather? Does anyone else get busy at night?

Hello.
I'm definitely a night person having worked 2nd or 3rd shift many years. The problem is I'm also an early bird.
When I'm in bed by 10 pm that's a win.
Here I sit reading about the Breather.
Very interesting.
After reading I come to my favorite place for information.
Has anyone tried the Breather?
Thanks to all of you.
Does anyone else get busy at night?
The only thing I don't do now is vacuum at night.
Recently moved out of home into Senior apartments so now I have neighbors.

@maryjanechilds I too hesitate to add anything more to my routine - and would not do it before I consulted my pulmonology team. After reading about it, I am not convinced that it would be an improvement over using the Aerobika and exercising.

@sueinmn
I asked my pulmo recently about using a device to strengthen lungs (Incentive Spirometer) and he said what I was already doing was better (Aerobika). I do not imagine it would hurt to try the breather and see if it helps any but I would be more concerned about keeping it clean.
