BP readings running lower lately…

Good morning all. I hope you all are doing well.
I was on Camzyos for 28 days about a month ago, but due to logistics I decided to opt for Septal Myectomy. I see the surgeon next Wednesday, June 24th. My symptoms are becoming more pronounced since I’ve been off of the Camzyos, and my BP readings are starting to show lower numbers for the top number. It was 108/68 this morning. The top number has been around 115-117 the last few days. I let my cardiologist know about this today. Just wondering if anyone else has had readings like this?

Yes, I have had those low readings several times and alerted my blood pressure doctor. I have lost a great deal of weight (50 lbs) over a four year period and ten more pounds recently. The doc felt that the weight loss likely improved my BP so he lowered one of my BP meds. My BP now hovers around 120/70. Wishing you all the best as we all walk this journey together!
