Botox for Dystopia tremors

My motion doctor wants to do botox injections in my arm. I am concerned about having something injected because once it is done there us nothing they can do if you have a reaction. They have tried primidone and Propanadol and I had severe side effects and had to discontinue. Has anyone had these injections and did it help?

My motion doctor called them Dystopia tremors and then said Functional Neurological tremors. Not sure what the difference is.
