bio identical hormone replacement therapy

Does anyone take bio identical hormone replacement therapy? I was trying to research risks with bronchiectasis. (Or benefits) I have read conflicting information in regards to lungs for chronic lung diseases. Just diagnosed with osteoporosis as well. Post menopause for 20 years. Have sent specialist on BE/NTM pulmanologist a message as well - just haven't heard back yet.
