Posted by rtclovesmac2 @rtclovesmac2, Jul 18, 2025

I’ve just been told both neck aeries are 69% blocked.

What is the best way to remove the plaque and what are the best ways to keep it from returning

By no means am I a medical professional so please take my comments as from my experience only. In 2019, I slipped on black ice and significantly fractured 7 ribs. The E/R Dr was blown away that these injuries were caused from a fall. He said I was more than likely that I was osteoporosis. After a week in the hospital, I started researching bone loss, calcium, and the like. That when I discovered covered the health benefits of vitamin K2 and its ability to divert calcium from arteries to bone and teeth. In 2021 I got a heart scan. My score was pretty low but the Dr advised me to get another in 3-4 years. I did get another last summer and, when the tech came out with the results he started off by stating he had never seen this before. He said my score decreased by 40%. He asked what I was doing. I wasn’t exercising then and the only thing I could come up with is K2. (With MK7). There are cardiologists who state they put all their patients who exhibit any signs of atherosclerosis on K2 with MK7. I highly recommend a book titled Vitamin K2 and the calcium paradox. It explains the benefits much better than I can.
Good luck.
