No one talks about having it young and to be honest it makes me feel alone

@cwatt14 I had body wide mycoplasma in 1972 and was in critical at Walter Reed for two months. I was 15. Have had it ever since.

Regardless your age, fibromyalgia is a tough disease to manage since there is no cure, finding support is difficult, many medical professional don't believe it is a real disease, you are too young to be disabled, etc. It can feel like you are in quick sand. you have to approach it one step at a time from multiple directions: diet, exercise, supplements, medication, biofeedback, infrared heating pad, zero lift shoes, etc...

There are some very good books by Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, specifically, The Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Solution.. I gave one to my boss when I started to work for him, so he had an understanding of my medical limitations.

Morning are the hardest part of the day. Try to schedule more challenging things in the early afternoon or early evening.
