Bcc removal under eye and flap rotation

I had bcc removed by mohs surgery and flap rotation. As soon as compression bandage came off my vision in right eye was ghosting. I should add I have +20 years of stable monovision. Now monovision is corrupted. I have 4mm distortion of lower lid. Anyone can help me?
