I’m 71 I have peripheral neuropathy from damage to my back that happened in my late 30’s the neuropathy started about 20 years ago. I have had 8 back surgeries and problems with my balance the last 5 years I also have a drop foot from my back damage I have finally found a brace that works for me and I have done therapy off and on and at home Is going to try the vibration plate to see if it will help. I try different things to keep it from getting worse I know there is nothing that will cure it but hopefully keep it getting worse. I have found things to use and do so that I sleep through the night and not drugs as that make the balance worse and so far I have not fallen. And hopti can keep it that way.

I have used a vibration plate for about 6 months and I can say definitively that daily use has improved my balance, flexibility, strength, and provided pain control for DDD in spine. Vibration therapy requires consistent daily use with prescribed exercise to be of benefit.

Thank you for your comments about the vibration plate.
I bought one, but maybe I gave up too soon. How long did you have to use it and how often - before you notice any difference ? Thank you !
