Bad day? Gems from Mister Rogers

I was gifted a small book entitled, 'The World According to Mister Rogers'.
Here are two of his quotes that may help if you're having a rough time of it:
"Some days, doing "the best we can" may still fall short of what we would like to be able to do, but life isn't perfect-on any front-and doing what we can with what we have is the most we should expect of ourselves or anyone else."
"Confronting our feelings and giving them appropriate expression always takes strength, not weakness...
It takes strength to talk about our feelings and to reach out for help and comfort when we need it."
All the best to you all. 🌷

Thank you for posting these great quotes. Fred Rogers is a National Treasure and his program was a daily part
of my children's day. Take care my Mayo Clinic friends.

Yes, love the above Mr. Rogers post. It does take courage to reach out. And clarity to sift through what are learning to do every day. Remember it's God's light that is helping lead the way, as caregivers, in everything we do.
