I'm really interested in a list as well. Pomegranates or the juice is supposed to lower platelets. Raw garlic and club soda are two more that I've read about, but who would eat raw garlic!!
I also have JAK2 with ET, and take Hydroxyurea 5 days a week. Hair loss is terrible. I struggle balancing Levothyroxine (complete thyroidectomy) with HU--don't think they like each other at all. Shin pain; cold lower legs, leg aches at night and over fatigue especially in the afternoon are what I need help with. A daily vitamin and aspirin are essential for me. Tums in the afternoon for bone loss.
To all of my friends with neuropathy..... Yesterday I went to my podiatrist to have some surgery on my foot. I have peripheral neuropathy and I asked her was there anything that I could take other than gabapentin? She was fast to answer yes it is Metanx. You have to have a prescription, your dr should be able to give you a coupon for $50 off and when you get your receipt there is a form you can mail in and get $30 back. Right now insurance is not covering it. It is through mail order. My podiatrist called the prescription in yesterday. It was $150 for a 3 month supply and they also offer you the option to pay in 3 payments. Mine shipped today and should be delivered Saturday. This helps with healing of the nerve endings.

I have neuropathy in my feet and hands, possibly due to being diabetic as well as having ET.
The past few nights I have been using my neuropathy relief socks. Bought them on ebay and find when I am having problems with my feet and not being able to sleep, I put the socks on and get a good nights sleep Don't seem to notice the tingling, numb feeling during the day, as when you have something else to occupy your mind, it goes into the back ground, doesn't disappear but is easier to handle.
My haematologist has done a B12 test so will be interesting to get results tomorrow.

B12 results were good. Everything is going well and haematologist is happy with levels being around 500.
