Avoiding Flare Up (I hope)

Using the sudden appearance of yellow mucus as the “trigger,” I started a round of Azithromycin I had on hand. Proof that I’m not too stupid. Don

Hello Don! Yes, it is good to treat an infection when it is yellow, before it turns green. I can usually get rid of the yellow by being more diligent with nebulized saline. Am huffing it right now as a matter of fact. I hope you are all cleared up in no time. What have you been up to besides taking care of those lungs? -Terri

Hello, I am curious of this condition. I have developed symptoms after a sickness but haven’t been diagnosed yet with anything. I am having a hard time sleeping and my chest also feels like a very rough burning pain in the night and it gets hard to breathe. I wake up all the time and can’t get back to bed. Any suggestions?

Faithfully making my spine tingling ambulation around the neighborhood well stocked with doggie treats so I can continue to be regarded as friend not foe or food by the nearby canine collection.

I’m grateful to you and the rest of the Mentors along with informed contributors whose posts make this forum the Treasure Trove it is. And to Mayo Clinic’s generosity for making it possible. Don
