Autologous Serum Eye Drops & Endoret Eye Drops

This is regarding Autologous Serum Eye Drops or Labtician Endoret Eye Drops, both of which to my knowledge are formulated with the patients own blood and dna and the concentration of which can be between 20%-50% . In my case when I received the Autologous Serum Eye Drops which were formulated with a 40% concentration of my own blood, before the pharmacy could produce them the serum had to spun from my blood at another location then I had to bring it to the pharmacy to produce, anyhow the Registered Nurse who took my blood and spun the serum from it said to me the day or near the time something to the effect of "try to eat healthy foods and healthy drinks beforehand so that the blood will be healthy and/or so that the blood sugars would be healthy", basically I took that as try to avoid eating junk food or drinking something unhealthy before they extract the blood to make these special eye drops in the hope that the blood would be more effective, so I wanted to share that information. Further detail I can provide is that both the Autologous Serum Eye Drops and Endoret Eye Drops are to remain frozen in your freezer except the one you currently use should be kept in your fridge, and when that is finished you get the next one from your freezer to use, the Autologous Eye Drops can be good for up to or close to a 6 month time frame when kept frozen and refridgerated, they are also shipped in DRY ICE which can be dangerous and cause frostbite because it's about minus -130 degrees or colder I thought I read so be careful and use tongs and gloves or layers of gloves, or something similar to protect your fingers/hands and body in general to extract the eye drops from the DRY ICE cooler before you put them in the freezer and fridge. Also DON'T!!! dump the dry ice down the sink because it can cause frozen pipes or other damage, just let the DRY ICE sublimate or dissolve on it's own in the cooler itself they came in, at air temperature in a safe location. I got these eye drops prescribed by another ophthalmologist years after and because of complications from a pterygium that was on my left eye and had surgery to remove it in the past. The hope was that the Autologous Serum Eye Drops being formulated with my own blood, 40% in my case, would regenerate any nerves in my left eye that may have been amputated by the pterygium and help alleviate me from the dryness and discomfort on the area of my left eye that was bothering me, the logic being that the eye drops being made with my own blood would hopefully help heal, they did help some maybe about a 25% improvement estimation when I used them, but it might be different for others and hopefully help more dependent upon the individual, thank you for reading, all the best.

Thank you. Looking to try these in the near future. How long did it take to see the 25% improvement?
