Autoimmune cause for extremely low Neutrophil count

My grandson has various autoimmune conditions one of which is extremely dangerous. He now has Neutrophil blood readings in the 300 range when that number should be at least in a range from 1500 up to 8000. No provider in Gilbert/Chandler/Mesa area has been able to get this number up so far.

I am afraid that if he gets some kind of Toxic Shock event like I had two years ago, that he could die.

Is there anyone in the Mayo Clinic or maybe Scottsdale in general orbit that can help?
