At 82 years of age must I assume that my sex life has expired?

I have not experienced an orgasm and five years! Perhaps it is A result of my 82 years of age. Though my wife still is irritated at my Response to other woman. Are there some things that we can do that approximates sexual activity? She is a beautiful wife, but very limited in her attitude about touching, feeling and love making. I need recommendations as to how I can get past this part of my life? I admit, however, that I cannot fulfill her because of my ED is there a difference between libido and orgasm? If at 82 it is likely that I have surpassed the good years of my sex life……. then I interest need to be told. Thanks.

My wife and I are both very happy with the implant.
Read up about cycling after the surgery as you will lose less size. I ended up the same as before the surgery, but I cycled it twice a day to help with it healing without shrinkage.

IPP will definitely solve your problem. I just wish I had done it sooner. After three years of what my wife and I call “lesbian sex” due to ADT, we are both totally satisfied with the IPP results.

After my IPP surgery I was unable to have orgasms until I stopped antidepressants (Cymbalta). Since going off them I am having the best orgasms of my life. The inability to have orgasms is a side effect of most antidepressants.

I take Cymbalta! How did you wean yourself of of it? Did you find a replacement? Did your libido and orgasim return fairly quickly?

I cut back the dosage steadily for two weeks. My libido has always been there, but orgasms came back like fireworks as soon as I was off the Zymbalta. I haven’t replaced it with anything else as when I am anxious or depressed, I exercise. I rather have orgasms!
