Ascending aneurysm with large PFO

Does anybody have this combination of heart issues? The PFO is large and has a bidirectional flow, in conjunction with a 44 ascending aneurysm. I think the growth of the aneurysm, while slow, has affected the hemodynamics of the heart through the PFO, causing worsening oscillating hypoxia. The PFO will be closed soon. I am wondering if anyone has had this, how the procedure went, and recovery outcomes.
