Anyone with SFPN dealing with fatigue and shortness of breath?

Anyone dealing with fatigue and shortness of breath from small offer polyneuropathy? I’m an 82 female and dealing with these symptoms more as I get older. Anyone having similar symptoms? It’s really limiting what I can do.
