Anyone with HCM on Ranolazine (Ranexa) for chest pain?

I am 20 years post myectomy but still have chest pain. I have taken Toprol and Diltiazem for close to that amount of time and did fine but lately my blood pressure has been too low and I have been on the verge of fainting so my cardiologist took me off the Diltiazem and is switching me to Ranolazine which doesn’t impact blood pressure.

Anyone else on this med? What were your experiences?

I just started this med 4 weeks ago.
I was on 240mg Diltiazem & we reduced to 120 & doc added Ranolazine.
I do also take Entresto & Farxiga
To work with the others.
At any rate I did have quite a bit of chest pain and extreme fatigue low BP and low HR which accounted for the changes.
Now that I am a month out I am feeling improved on this med & am hopeful it continues.
No side effects for me so far anyway! Also no surgeries.
