Anyone with Cryptographic Organizing Pneumonia?

I’ve had COP for 3 1/2 years. Whenever I stop Prednisone, it gets worse. On Myfortic now instead. But cough, fatigue and mucus are worse now. Anyone found a different drug that helps?
